DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
ZOCCO DANIEL ("we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content in Snack Score infringes your rights, send a written DMCA notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it (for example, screenshot and uploader username).
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe removed content is not infringing, or you are authorized to use it, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of removed material and location where it appeared before removal.
- A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Italy and any district where the App may be accessed.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or repeatedly charged with infringement.
